That feeling you have? Trust It.

Birth is one of the most powerful, vulnerable and transformative experiences of your life. I would be delighted to support your whole family with calm, grounded presence from pregnancy all the way into the early days of this new season.

Hi, I'm Kelly!

The births of my girls brought me to this work, and every birth since has confirmed I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

I’ve personally experienced a birth that included the need for a pivot, as things unfolded differently than I’d hoped. I’ve also experienced a birth that was intense and wild and wonderfully similar to the way I dreamed it would happen.

Both births left me feeling empowered and grateful — because throughout my pregnancies and births, I was given information and space to make decisions. I was respected, held, and heard. That’s the type of support I’m passionate about offering to you.

My own labors drew me closer to God. The way He designed our bodies for birth genuinely astounds me, and my love for Him is what fuels my desire to support families through this incredible season.

As a mom of two, I also deeply care about your postpartum experience.

Postpartum is a tender time that should focus on rest and physical healing, caring for your mental and emotional health, and, of course, nurturing and bonding with your precious baby. I’ll provide information and resources, answer questions, and give you a foundation for this sweet season.

When I'm not at a birth, I’m probably chasing my girls around, attempting a Crossfit workout, laughing at my own jokes, daydreaming about my next cup of coffee, or making lists to organize my lists.

I'm also actively pursuing a pediatric sleep and development certification. This is something I'm extremely passionate about and I'm excited to offer this additional support to families once I'm certified!

About

My Philosophy & Approach

Grounded, compassionate, real.

My approach to support is pretty simple: I allow space for you to trust your body and your intuition.

I believe deeply that a mother's intuition is wise and worthy of trust. I'll be right there with you: calm, confident, and steady, helping you understand your options so you can make choices that feel right for your family.

There is so much noise out there about what you should and shouldn’t do, both in pregnancy and postpartum. I believe in slowing down, quieting that noise, and tuning into what you already know deep down is right for you and your family. My goal is to offer evidence-based information that will help you feel confident and steadfast as you make decisions. You are the expert on your own family, and that doesn't change whether this is your first birth or you've done this many times before.

I'm also a safe person to share the hard stuff with. The real stuff. Whatever you're carrying, you can bring it here. I offer support, compassion, and understanding, never judgment.

I hold space for strength and vulnerability to exist side by side, because both have a place in birth and in parenthood.

What Families Are Saying

I can't recommend Kelly enough! From our first zoom call we hit it off right away. She was so nice and thoughtful and cared about all the small details and preferences. Through the whole process she helped me work through different decisions I had to make while in labor and helped me advocate for myself. She was such a calm presence and voice of reason during a chaotic time. She said the perfect things at the perfect time that really kept me focused. It was like she always knew what I needed to be supported.

I am forever grateful she was at my birth and I successfully got to go unmedicated! I will always recommend her and I can't wait to have her at my next birth!
